This subject develops students’ understanding of the different types of organisational structures and their importance for business strategy, vision, and direction for the organisation. The focus is on contemporary structures eg communities of practice and considering the ways in which leadership influences and is influenced by structure, culture, profession/industry, global context and current and future events eg COVID.
