This subject will provide students with an understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation, and what promotes the development of entrepreneurial behaviour. Students will have the opportunity to apply key principles and processes to new-product or start-up situations of their choice. This will reinforce students’ understanding of relevant principles and processes, and of their application in practical situations. The subject also will enable students to understand how leaders can promote intrapreneurship and innovation within established organisations.
